How much does it cost?
The Logic Lab is $950 per session and includes the Pre-lab Briefing, 90-minute Decision Simulation, and Lab Report.
How quickly will I recoup my investment?
One bad hire or one failed pivot costs $100k+. The Lab costs a fraction of that and takes 90 minutes. It is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy for your logic.
How do I know if this is for me?
This is for people who are ready to think clearly, tell the truth, and make better decisions.

How much time does this take?
About two hours total: 20 minutes for intake, 10 minutes to pull together the data, and 90 minutes for the session. I do the heavy lifting in the briefing phase before we meet.
What data do I need to provide?
Whatever information gives me context, supports the decision you’re leaning toward, or helps me in connecting story with facts.
I’ll issue a Vitals Request based on your intake—usually high-level financials and org charts. If you don’t know your numbers, that’s your first gap.
Is this a full audit of my business?
No. It’s a contained, one-off audit of your thinking on a specific situation. If we find you need deeper work, we can discuss what that looks like—but there’s no obligation.
What if I get a Red Light?
Then the session just saved you a fortune. A Red Light means something upstream needs attention. It doesn’t mean your idea is bad. It means we need to look harder before you commit.
